Quiet Luxury in an Old Town Convent

high-quality bed prompt room service dog care

The hotel had no tv which was great the design was very clean i did appreciate the high quality bed and bed linens provided. I also found the room service amazing and very prompt. The staff took care of our dog all day when we had to visit the emergency room. He had a wonderful time and was well looked after.

Arriving by car was stressful as entering the old part of town proved impossible. The hotel does not have its own parking facilities. I also did not receive clear guidance to the nearest public parking which caused delays.

The breakfast includes various fresh ingredients. The hotel also includes a sommelier offering delicious wine recommendations. The chef crafted good vegetarian options with extra credit to the dishes served including rice pudding and pear dessert.

the hotel offers a tranquil escape with beautifully designed spaces. the staff was attentive and ensured a seamless experience. breakfast was a highlight with a wide variety of high-quality options. i appreciated the golf cart service to placa rossetti , made navigating the area easier.

the need to walk a short distance for taxi or uber pickups was slightly inconvenient.

disorganized service slow service

the architecture was sympathetically designed and quite pretty.

the service was slow. it was disorganized. requests took a very long time, even something as simple as plates and forks for a picnic seemed like a huge ordeal.
